More about me:

I am a licensed therapist specializing in trauma, life transitions and integrative mental health, certified in breathwork, and meditation.

I work with high performing individuals that have hit a point in their life where they feel they can no longer do it alone. It has been my passion to teach my clients ways to holistically take care of themselves, improve their functioning and increase their quality of life. I've spent my career as a therapist guiding individuals through the maze of emotions, work stress, and family strains. I've been, aiding clients on their personal journeys behind the four walls of the therapy office. But guess what? It's time to break down those walls and I can't wait to spill the beans on the most impactful strategies and skills that have transformed my clients' lives.

 My offering is my expertise in integrative mental health, and sharing the knowledge I have learned on my self care and wellness journey I am continuously studying holistic health practices and learning from other experts in the community of health and wellness. I want to share this information with those that find themselves with the curiosity and desire to also gain from the ideas of self care to promote health and well being. 

Now that I have truly learned real sustainable “self care” to Level Up a person's functioning, and I’ve seen the results in my clients, my intention is to share the knowledge to a wider audience outside my therapy walls. On a personal level, I have embodied these practices too so I want to share what I have learned and help others feel what I feel. I feel more present, less in my head, less reactive. My work is better, my relationships are better, I’m even more connected to my kids, I’m less bothered by the day to day stress because I know “I got this”.  I am protecting and honoring my resource of time, energy, emotions, space, money.  And that’s the goal, is to shift the trajectory a bit, get out of the rabbit hole, get off the hamster wheel going no where and just be present with the peace or the pain to help you effectively respond in the way that makes most sense.

The pains of change are inevitable but suffering does not have to be. Build your own personal equity so that you are no longer one life event away from losing it. Getting more attuned to yourself will help you become more focused, efficient and mobile in your life.
